Same-day shipping may be requested here if your order is submitted before 10am PST (we will try our best to accomodate). A $75 surcharge applies to all rush deliveries.

Shipping
Non-printed orders ships within three (3) business days (this refers to non private label orders). Ground service will be used for orders taken over the phone. For web orders, please choose your shipping method at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders over $300
All orders $300 and more require a signature upon delivery.

Orders over $500
Free U.S. Ground Shipping for orders $500 and more. Requires a signature upon delivery.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes
When ordering from auralinebeauty.com, you (The ‘Customer’) are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If any customs, duties, and taxes are charged to Auraline Beauty, we reserve the right to invoice Customer.

Back Orders
We do not take back orders. Please be sure to reorder any current unavailable items in the future.

Return Policy

Returns
All cosmetic products, non printed and private label orders, are considered FINAL SALE. Please order carefully.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us here within 48 hours of receipt to report any damage. After 48 hours, we reserve the right to reject any claims of damages. Please ensure to also call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes. We will request the below information from you to help expedite this process:

  • Pictures if claiming defective products
  • Your company name
  • Invoice number

We are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service and will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Shipment Refusals
If an order is returned to Auraline Beauty because no one was available to receive the package, or because it was refused, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 20% re-stocking fee. If the order is re-shipped, freight charges will be applied. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear.
