To receive our wholesale pricing, we require one of the following along with a photo ID:

• Copy of your Esthetician License
• Copy of your Business Card with name and specific profession
•Online portfolio of your work.
•Link to your agency's website
•Production sheet with name credit
•Composite Card.
•Editorial Page/tear sheet with name credit
•Union Card
•Diploma/Certificate
•Publication Masthead
•Program/press Materials with name
•Contract on Production Company Letterhead.
• Crew/Call List on Prod. Co. Letterhead
•Professional Letter of Reference of Employment

Our minimum order is $100 excluding gift card redemptions (US orders).
International customers:
•The minimum for International orders is $250 (countries other than US).

•To place an order, please speak with one of our customer service representatives at

•International shipping fees will be quoted based on items and quantity ordered.

All orders under the $100 minimum are subject to a $25 service charge.



We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Company Checks.



Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Back ordered items will not be charged.Please make note and reorder these items in the future. Same-day shipping may be requested if your order is submitted before 12pm PST. A $35 surcharge applies to all rush deliveries.



We will email you a sales invoice with an itemized list of products for review as soon as our Customer Service Representative takes your order.
Once you approve the sales invoice, we will process and ship your products.




Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know of shortages, defective or damaged items within 48 hours.
For damaged items, please email info@auralinebeauty.com with:
• A picture of the damaged product
• Your company name
• Purchase order & invoice number

We are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service and will resolve your issue as soon as possible.



All cosmetic products and custom orders are final sale, but returns may be issued at our discretion. If we authorize your return, you will be given a return authorization number to include with the products back to us.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.



Gift cards can be applied to purchases above our $100 minimum order amount. E.g. You can use a $25 gift card on a $125 order because your purchase total of $100 meets our minimum order requirement ($125 order - $25 gift card = $100 purchase total).

To redeem your gift card, enter the web promo code when you are asked for a "gift card code" during the checkout process.
