Color Information

While Auraline Beauty has tried to accurately display the colors of products,  the actual colors you see will depend on the following factors:

• Viewing environment: Lighting in room in which image is being viewed

• Monitor settings: Brightness control and color display 

• Color coding: Not all web browsers are capable of displaying color and  background codes

 Just as makeup can vary in color on different skin tones, so can the display of colors in images viewed digitally.

All cosmetic products and private label / custom orders are considered final sale, please order carefully.

Returns Due to Customer Error

Exchanges and returns may be issued at our discretion. If we authorize your return, a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or $50 (the greater will apply). The customer will be responsible for shipping the products back in good sell-able condition.

Damaged Items/Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and let us know of shortages or items with manufacturing defectives within 48 hours. For damaged items, incorrect items or shortages, please email CS@auralinebeauty.com with:

• Pictures if claiming defective products 
• Your company Name
• Invoice number

*Please Note: No action can be taken unless the above is fulfilled within the 48 hour time period. After that time period has passed, discrepancies cannot be claimed (unless issued at our discretion).
