Color Information
While Auraline Beauty has tried to accurately display the colors of products, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and may not be accurate.
For All Product
All cosmetic products and custom orders (i.e. private label) are final sale, but returns may be issued at our discretion. If we authorize your return, you will be given a return authorization number to include with the products back to us. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
Your 100% satisfaction with our products and services is our top priority. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and let us know of shortages, defective or damaged items within 48 hours. For damaged items, incorrect items or shortages, please email info@auralinebeauty.com with:
• A picture of the damaged product
• Your company name
• Purchase order & invoice number
*Please Note: No action can be taken until the above criteria is fulfilled within the 48 hour time period. After that time period has passed, any discrepancies cannot be claimed, unless issued at our discretion.
