Q –  Who can order from our Wholesale Pricelist?

A –  Wholesale Pricing is only available for customers with a Business Tax ID #, Cosmetology, Make-up Artistry, Hairdresser, or Esthetician license. Please fax us your credentials at time of purchase. FX: +1.310.392.2149.

Q –  What is your Wholesale Minimum Order?

A –  Our minimum order is $100 (Canada & USA).

Q -  What forms of payment do you accept?

A -  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, Company Checks.

Q -  When will my order be shipped?

A -  Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 - 72 hours. Backordered items will not be charged. A - Same day shipping "RUSH" orders may be requested. The order needs to be submitted by 12pm EST. A $25 surcharge fee applies.

Q -  What if there is a problem with my order?

A -  Please inspect your products upon receipt. Delivery shortages or defective items must be reported within 48 hours. Q -  What is your Return Policy?

A -  Returns may be authorized under certain circumstances. A return authorization number will be given for shipping the products back to our office. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please order carefully, as there are no returns on cosmetic products.
