Our minimum order is $50. For customers residing in continental US states (excludes AK, HI, PR), we offer a flat rate ground ship fee of $10. When your online order is $150+, the flat rate ground ship fee is $3 only!

For most products, pricing is based on 3+ units per color, per item. If you are sampling and only need 1 unit (instead of the 3 unit requirement), add $0.50 to each product. Call to speak to a Customer Care Representative at +1-310-392-2091 to process your order manually. All orders under the $50 minimum are subject to a $25 processing fee.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours (this refers to non private label orders). Back ordered items will not be charged. Please make note to reorder any back ordered items in the future.
Next-Day shipping (for non-private orders) may be requested if your order and payment is submitted before 11am PST.
A $75 surcharge applies to all Next-Day orders, in addition to shipping costs.
If fulfillment is not possible ABPLC reserves the right to refuse Next-Day shipping service.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and let us know of shortages, defective or damaged items within 48 hours. For damaged items, please email email@example.com with a picture of the damaged product, your company name, purchase order & invoice number. We are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service and will resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
